日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：CQC（中国内容质量与数据服务平台）归属于抖音集团，负责今日头条、抖音、西瓜视频等产品内容和抖音集团商业内容的安全质量与体验，支持各产品的运营和增长，以及为产品线提供AI算法算力的基础支持服务。

1、负责字节跳动内部运营侧，数据采集提效场景所需要的大模型能力的研发和应用； 2、参与发掘、分析、落地业务需求；通过数据采集、模型调用与交互、功耗和性能优化，把工程转化为用户可感知的智能体验； 3、参与前沿的AI应用技术研究，业务场景端到端评测所需的环境与工具建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、对常用的数据结构、算法、计算机网络和操作系统知识有深刻理解，具备良好的分析能力和书面表达能力； 3、熟悉其中至少一种语言：Python、Go、Java/Kotlin、Swift/OC、TypeScript、C++等； 4、有AI应用相关开发经验，了解LLM架构，熟悉Multi-Agent-System、GUI Agent等技术者优先； 5、具备良好的沟通合作技巧，能深入了解业务、建立良好协作关系，具备独立解决问题的能力。
