日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI框架与分布式存储的适配层开发，实现Tensor、Checkpoint等AI数据结构的高效存储与读取，支撑大模型训推场景； 2、参与多介质存储调度策略研发，优化DRAM、NVMe等介质的分层存储，平衡AI场景的性能与成本； 3、参与EIC、CFS等分布式存储产品的AI场景功能迭代，提升集群下的IO性能与可靠性； 4、参与存算协同技术研发，探索GDR、NVMe-oF等技术在AI场景的应用，优化数据在GPU与存储间的流转效率。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握至少一门编程语言，包括但不限于：C/C++、Python、Golang等； 3、掌握扎实的计算机基础知识，深入理解数据结构、算法和操作系统知识； 4、了解分布式系统核心概念，有分布式存储或AI框架相关项目经验优先；对大模型训推流程有一定了解，有AI Infra相关经验优先； 5、有优秀的逻辑分析能力，能够对业务逻辑进行合理的抽象和拆分； 6、有强烈的求知欲，优秀的学习和沟通能力。
