1、参与IT服务管理系统的设计与开发，理解业务需求，与产品、设计及研发团队协作，完成产品功能的开发、测试与交付； 2、参与智能助手、Agent等AI应用的研发，探索大模型在智能问答、服务协同、流程自动化等业务场景中的应用； 3、参与系统性能优化与稳定性建设，分析和解决技术问题，持续提升代码质量、系统可靠性与用户体验； 4、参与研发工具与工程体系建设，运用AI辅助开发等技术提升研发效率与交付质量； 5、关注新技术与用户反馈，通过技术探索、效果验证和持续迭代，推动产品与业务改进。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，掌握数据结构、算法、计算机网络、操作系统和数据库等基础知识； 3、熟悉至少一门主流编程语言，具备良好的编码、调试与问题分析能力，有课程项目、个人项目或实习等开发实践； 4、对AI技术及应用有热情，了解大模型应用的基本概念，能够使用AI工具辅助学习与开发，并对产出进行理解、判断和验证； 5、具备良好的学习能力与主动性，愿意根据业务问题学习和运用不同技术，关注代码的可读性、可维护性及工程质量； 6、具备产品意识与良好的沟通协作能力，关注用户需求和实际使用效果，有责任心，能够与团队共同推动问题解决。

加分项 1、有大模型应用、智能助手或Agent项目实践，了解模型接入、知识检索、工具调用或效果评估等相关技术； 2、有从需求或想法出发，完成开发、测试、部署并根据反馈持续改进的项目经历； 3、有开源贡献、技术分享，或可展示的AI辅助开发作品，能够清晰说明技术选择、解决的问题与实际效果。
