1、负责AI存储加速系统（如KV Cache/Checkpoint/RL）的设计、开发与维护，持续提升系统在性能、成本、弹性、可靠性与易用性等方面的能力； 2、负责AI计算生态的前沿技术探索与工程化落地，包括推理框架（如SGLang/vLLM）、强化学习框架（如AReal/veRL）、AI Agent等，推动AI存储更高效地支撑计算生态； 3、推动AI深度融入研发，包括AI Coding、智能诊断、数据洞察等，提升整体研发效率与工程质量。

1、对大模型推理、训练、强化学习、AI Agent等方向有浓厚兴趣，并愿意在该领域长期深耕； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，具备良好的编程能力和编程规范，熟悉C/C++/Python/Go之一； 3、熟悉分布式一致性协议（如Raft），熟悉NVMe、RDMA、HBM等协议和硬件，了解常见存储开源系统（如Mooncake存储系统/Redis/Ceph/Rocksdb等）； 4、学习能力强，自驱、专注、善于拆解复杂问题并推动工程落地，愿意思考问题本质，具备质疑精神。

加分项 1、具备大模型推理/训练经验； 2、有高性能计算/网络/数据库/云原生背景； 3、博士学位为加分项。
