1、负责AI互动产物创作产品的规划与建设，打通需求表达、内容生成、预览编辑、调试修复及发布等核心链路，降低创作门槛； 2、深入理解创作者需求，持续优化意图理解、任务规划、多轮澄清和生成过程，帮助用户将模糊创意转化为可用的互动作品； 3、推动Skill、Coding Agent、组件及工具调用等AI创作能力建设，完善运行检查、自动调试和问题修复能力，提升生成成功率、作品质量和创作效率； 4、建立AI创作效果的评估与数据分析机制，协同模型、算法、研发、评测及运营团队，持续优化生成效果、交互体验和能力边界。

1、本科及以上学历，5年及以上AI产品相关工作经验，有团队管理经验或复杂业务牵头经验者优先； 2、有AI创作工具、Agent、智能编程或内容生产产品经验优先； 3、具备扎实的AI产品与技术理解，熟悉大模型、Prompt/Context Engineering、Agent、Workflow、Tool Calling、Skill或Coding Agent等技术及产品形态； 4、有较强的AI实践能力，能够熟练使用主流AI创作或编程工具，有搭建Agent、Workflow、Skill或完成AI原生作品的实际经验； 5、具备良好的用户洞察、产品判断和数据分析能力，能够理解模型能力边界，并协同算法和研发推动复杂AI产品落地。
