1、负责外部模型厂商的供给运营与合作管理，推动模型资源采购、额度保障、价格谈判和供给协同； 2、管理外部模型供给中的：限流、风控、资源保障、异常处理、合规协同、版本变化、SLA等问题； 3、建立关键厂商关系与日常协同机制，推动缓存、包量、买断、优先级保障等供给能力优化； 4、协同内部业务、模型、平台团队处理重大供给风险和突发问题，参与供给策略、资源规划和外部风险治理。

1、有较强的外部合作、供应商管理或平台运营经验； 2、能理解AI模型供给、推理资源和API服务基本逻辑； 3、具备较强沟通、推进和风险处理能力； 4、能在复杂合作关系中平衡业务目标、供给稳定和风险边界； 5、有较强负责人意识和跨团队协调能力。

加分项： 1、有云厂商、AI模型厂商、GPU/云资源采购经验； 2、有大客户合作、商务策略或生态合作经验； 3、理解模型风控、反蒸馏、限流和SLA问题； 4、有处理重大线上资源问题或供应风险经验； 5、能从“竞争环境下的供给治理”视角理解外部模型合作，而不仅是普通供应商管理。
