1、面向字节跳动司内的业务运营，服务于抖音、电商、商业化、剪映等业务方，用好方舟平台的大模型服务； 2、解决业务方研发同学的算力资源问题，协助研发的模型测试和上线，负责稳定性响应和问题解决； 3、识别业务方的关键需求，包含方舟平台功能、模型推理、训练需求，推动方舟平台的产品研发团队并落实解决； 4、帮助业务方进行方舟平台的预算编制、成本测算，解答账单疑问等。

1、3年以上运营经验，对AI有较强的兴趣，对AI产品、模型推理、训练有认知； 2、出色的沟通能力、能高效处理多线程沟通，良好的团队合作精神； 3、具备较强的项目管理能力、在变化中接受变化并找到主线推动关键项目； 4、对数据敏感，有数据分析逻辑和方法论，能够熟练使用数据分析工具； 5、具有创新思维和解决问题的能力，能够提出并实施新的运营策略。
