1、负责模型资源经营的数据分析与运营体系建设，建立统一Token口径、经营指标和分析框架，包括：模型成本、利用率、峰谷结构、模型替代率、高价值场景识别等； 2、分析业务使用结构，识别资源浪费、高成本低价值场景和替代机会； 3、建立业务分级、模型分级和资源匹配分析机制； 4、支撑公司级资源分配、预算管理和经营决策； 5、推动外部模型向内部模型的替代与切换分析。

1、有较强数据分析、经营分析或策略运营经验； 2、能独立搭建分析框架，而不仅是报表统计； 3、对ROI、资源利用率、成本结构有较强敏感度； 4、能深入理解AI产品和模型调用场景； 5、有较强沟通能力，能与业务和技术团队协同。

加分项： 1、有云资源、广告、推荐、电商、商业化经营分析经验； 2、有SQL、Python、BI建设能力； 3、有GPU/云资源利用率分析经验； 4、理解AI产品增长和Token消耗特点； 5、能从全局经营视角发现结构性问题，而不是只做局部分析。
