团队介绍：AI 数据与安全团队为 Seed 基座模型及 AI 原生应用提供跨模态数据服务，覆盖数据生产全流程，包含模型评估标准的制定、数据规模化生产、数据飞轮搭建，不断提升数据质量，支持模型快速迭代。 团队由产品经理、数据工程、数据运营等跨职能人才组成，并通过与 Seed 研究员、行业专家、全球顶尖数据供应商紧密合作，从真实场景中收集反馈并分析模型表现数据，解决 AI 前沿突破过程中的复杂数据问题，推动模型性能与用户体验的双重提升。我们既是帮助模型技术迭代的一线贡献者，也是模型和 AI 产品的一手用户。

1、深入理解AI大模型记忆使用场景，产出Memory、History等方向的高质量SFT/RM数据； 2、与产品研发团队紧密配合，快速沉淀大模型数据理想态和标准，积极为模型后训练提供数据策略和建议； 3、针对大模型的突出问题，与产品研发团队合作进行专项攻坚，交付高质量的数据集； 4、通过设计PE策略、Workflow工作流等，探索更高效的数据生产方式。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，中文、法律、心理学、社会学、人类学、新闻传播、计算机、人工智能等专业优先，有复合型学科背景优先； 2、学术素养优秀，有能力提出假设，通过量性或质性的方法检验假设，得出结论，胜任英文学术文献检索、阅读和发表优先； 3、了解大模型基础原理，熟练使用各类大模型产品，了解基本概念和LLM数据标注的流程和方法； 4、具备较强的逻辑拆解与深度分析能力，能从复杂的业务场景中定位核心问题、挖掘关键关联，擅长归纳提炼零散信息，形成可落地的策略与执行框架，推动数据方案高效落地。
