1、负责面向AI场景的工具类产品规划与设计，包括产品需求调研、产品方案输出等；​ 2、与研发、设计等团队深度合作，负责产品方案的落地及功能实现，对落地实际效果和用户体验负责； 3、参与用户场景研究，对AI落地和应用有思考并有所创新，持续提升产品易用性。​

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读； 2、具有一定的逻辑思维能力，强烈的目标感，做事切中要害，分清主次；做事有明确的执行策略和路径；有良好的产品解决方案能力，善于归纳总结，文案条理清晰、逻辑通畅、措辞精准、结构严谨； 3、具备出色的沟通能力和协调能力，拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，有较强的数据分析能力，善于思考和总结，能够准确理解用户需求，把握产品核心； 4、充满激情，主动性和学习能力强，具备创新能力和勇于承担的精神，有兴趣参与研发一款达到行业领先水平的人力产品； 5、有过HR系统、人力从业经验，熟悉人力资源规划、岗职务体系构建、员工关系、薪酬相关等业务和系统应用场景加分。
