日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、负责小云雀创作者运营工作，能够基于小云雀的内容品类特征及平台鼓励的内容方向刻画目标创作者； 2、负责识别、挖掘、覆盖具备AI创作能力的创作者，能够将作者特征与具体引入渠道相结合，机制化、规模化引入目标创作者，并进行合理的创作者分级、分层； 3、能够结合小云雀的优势品类打造内容标杆案例，并落地内容在社交媒体平台的发酵和传播； 4、能够对AI内容、社媒爆款、热点趋势有理解和判断，并推动优质内容的生产，提升供给规模与优质爆款产出。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、创作者运营实习经验，具备AI创作经验优先； 3、对AI有好奇心和热情，有创新能力，具备良好的内容判断力； 4、逻辑清晰，有数据敏感度和数据分析能力，有持续迭代优化的意识，以结果为导向，并对最终结果负责； 5、自驱、踏实、主动、责任心强，能够不断推动复杂问题的解决，有行业经验或资源优先，有打造爆款玩法经验优先。
