1、主导数据标注项目，管理多个项目的端到端执行，确保达成绩效目标和服务水平协议（SLA）要求； 2、担任主要内部需求方的接口人，将产品或业务需求转化为清晰的标注项目需求，就目标达成一致，支持人力管理规划，并制定交付方案； 3、推动交付治理与跨职能协作，建立运营节奏、执行评审机制以及质量保证（QA）、供应商和业务团队之间的升级框架； 4、利用数据管理绩效，监控数据看板，发现异常情况，通过数据和根本原因分析来维持质量与效率； 5、领导持续改进工作，识别流程缺口，设计并实施流程优化方案，并与工具团队合作推动自动化和可扩展性； 6、统筹风险与变更管理及战略报告输出，主动识别交付风险并提出缓解计划，领导团队度过运营转型期，同时将项目数据整合为洞。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、拥有一定的项目管理/项目集管理经验，领域包括人工智能数据标注环境、数据运营、内容审核或项目管理领域，具备与跨职能团队及第三方供应商伙伴成功推动项目和运营执行的履历；具备持续优化运营质量、推动流程改进的经验，能够独立学习并同时负责多个项目/工作流，并能合理安排任务与时间优先级，扎实的数据技能（Excel、SQL、看板开发），并具备使用数据驱动方法分析绩效及进行根本原因分析的经验； 3、优秀的业务协同方管理和沟通能力，有与区域或全球团队协作经验者优先，中英文口语和书写流利； 4、熟悉模型/大型语言模型（LLM）的训练与评估； 5、有推动人工智能分类法、本体或分类系统项目的经验，是在媒体、短视频或内容密集型产品领域，有使用或实施机器标注或人机混合标注流程的经验； 6、持有项目管理（PMP、敏捷或精益六西格玛）认证。
