1、隶属中国区法务运营团队（Legal Operations），负责法务知识库体系的规划、建设与持续运营，通过AI与数字化手段将法务专业知识资产化、结构化、可复用，提升法务团队的知识沉淀与调用效率； 2、协助法务知识库应用落地，推动知识库在业务与法务侧的规模化应用，结合大模型/RAG优化知识检索与智能问答体验，参与工具选型与场景试点，跟进落地效果并持续优化； 3、搭建分类框架与标签体系（合同、合规、案例、政策法规等），制定知识入库、审核、更新与退役标准，负责知识库全生命周期管理（入库、审核、更新、退役）与分类语义打标，管理权限配置与使用度量，统筹内外部数据库资源续用，搜集法务及业务侧需求并推动落地，依托飞书、内部平台完成工具选型、流程配置与系统协同。

1、有法律+技术/信息管理复合背景者优先； 2、3年以上法务运营、知识管理或法律科技相关经验； 3、熟悉合同、合规等法务业务，能理解并结构化法律知识； 4、熟悉知识库/文档管理工具，具备数据结构化、标签体系设计能力；了解AI（大模型、RAG、Prompt、语义检索）在法务场景的应用逻辑； 5、具备系统日常运营与需求管理经验，能独立完成需求收集、梳理与推动落地。

加分项 1、具备法务运营/法律科技/知识管理相关经历； 2、有法务AI应用（合同审查、合规智能问答等）建设或推广经验； 3、熟悉飞书生态或同类协同办公平台的数字化搭建； 4、具备一定的低代码/自动化工作流（Workflow、Agent搭建）实操能力。
