日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：平台责任（Platform Responsibility）团队通过深度应用 AI 来提升内容安全。我们致力于打造下一代基础设施，利用大语言模型（LLMs）重构风险识别与治理体系。通过建设高质量数据链路、将 AI 引入平台安全核心决策环节，实现效率与质量的大幅提升。我们的工作是规模化工程与前沿技术的交汇点，不仅支撑全球业务的高速增长，更是用户信任的坚实基石。

1、协助规划并落地AI自动化项目，提升信任与安全业务的运营效率、质量及可扩展性； 2、协助设计、测试、优化基于大语言模型的工作流及智能体应用场景的提示词，并通过实验和数据分析评估提示词质量、业务规则及自动化逻辑； 3、分析运营及AI模型性能数据（涵盖精确率、召回率、漏判、误判及人工审核质量等指标），构建仪表板、报表和可视化内容，监控AI采用情况、运营效率及自动化性能，识别可优化机会； 4、支持新AI功能的试点项目与A/B测试，与产品、工程及运营团队协作收集需求、协调项目活动，并为相关方总结成果结论； 5、记录工作流程、实验结果、最佳实践及流程优化内容，支持跨团队知识共享；研究生成式AI、AI智能体与运营自动化领域的新兴趋势，挖掘未来创新机遇。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、信息系统、数据科学、人工智能、工程、商业分析或相关专业； 2、具备出色的分析与问题解决能力，能够解读数据并得出可落地的洞见；具备出色的沟通与协作能力，可在跨职能团队中高效开展工作；能够统筹多项任务，同时高度关注细节；积极主动的学习者，对人工智能技术及卓越运营抱有强烈好奇心； 3、对大语言模型（LLM）、生成式AI、AI智能体或机器学习应用有明确的兴趣或实操经验；通过课程学习、个人项目、黑客马拉松或实习，熟悉提示词工程、提示词评估或AI工作流设计，若了解准确率、召回率、幻觉、信息泄露、过度拦截或模型性能指标等AI评估相关概念者优先； 4、具备API、工作流自动化工具或AI开发平台的使用经验；熟悉数据分析与可视化工具（如SQL、Excel、Tableau、Power BI或Python）； 5、对信任与安全、内容审核、风险管理或大规模在线平台运营有兴趣； 6、有检索增强生成（RAG）、智能体AI框架或AI评估框架相关经验者优先。
