1、负责内容和数据标注相关项目的全生命周期管理； 2、负责项目的日常运营，和内容策略、产品团队合作，保障项目的交付并推动业务指标的达成； 3、和跨部门相关方合作，发现和分析团队、业务、项目中的共性问题，提出解决方案和推动实施落地； 4、通过用户视角不断寻找业务的可优化点，了解一线团队真实问题和反馈，持续优化标注规则和相关流程； 5、持续优化运营效率和管理策略，包括但不限于标注质量管理、效率管理、人力管理、风险管理等。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、有项目管理实习经验或项目管理经验优先，较强的项目统筹把控能力；英语可作为工作语言，有国际化业务背景或国际化工作、生活经验优先； 3、有较强的思维逻辑，对于所有判断和决策都能有合理的出发点，能够结构化、系统化地解决问题； 4、有较强的沟通能力（满足跨部门、跨角色、跨团队沟通），良好的与人交流协作的能力； 5、有较高的责任心、目标导向的落地执行能力。

加分项： 1、有AI数据服务相关经验，通过PMP认证。
