1、深度参与TikTok大模型应用产品的设计和迭代； 2、从用户视角定义产品体验，并细化到对模型训练数据的理想态定义和标准制定； 3、与算法等团队紧密协作，全流程参与模型训练和实验迭代； 4、结合模型评测、用户调研、线上数据反馈等，不断完善认知并制定相应的迭代策略； 5、对行业动态、前沿研究和新产品持续保持关注、一手体验和思考。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学、数据科学、心理学等相关专业优先； 2、大模型深度用户，对Agent、LLM、AIGC有深入了解者优先； 3、学习能力强，有自驱力，具备良好的逻辑思维和团队协作精神。

加分项： 1、具备搜索/推荐/LLM等AI相关项目或实习经历。
