日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：平台责任（Platform Responsibility）团队通过深度应用 AI 来提升内容安全。我们致力于打造下一代基础设施，利用大语言模型（LLMs）重构风险识别与治理体系。通过建设高质量数据链路、将 AI 引入平台安全核心决策环节，实现效率与质量的大幅提升。我们的工作是规模化工程与前沿技术的交汇点，不仅支撑全球业务的高速增长，更是用户信任的坚实基石。

1、协助标注项目管理，定期更新项目进展，跟踪质量、效率等关键指标，及时发现问题并进行根因分析，保障数据的高质量交付； 2、在熟练使用业务平台的基础上，协助进行项目管理所需的各类配置，同时发现平台卡点，协助推进需求开发和功能优化； 3、协助分析项目数据，推动基于数据的决策，优化工作流程，提高项目和团队的整体产出和效率； 4、灵活响应其他需要支持的事项。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、能够保证三个月以上、一周4-5天出勤； 3、中英文听说读写流利，英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通； 4、熟练运用Excel等办公软件，具备基础的数据分析能力； 5、做事积极主动，有耐心和责任心，擅长时间管理； 6、有较强的学习能力和解决问题的能力，擅长沟通协作。

加分项 1、了解机器学习、数据标注领域； 2、有项目管理相关的技能或经验； 3、熟练掌握数据分析技能。
