1、2027届获得本科及以上学历； 2、英语可作为工作语言，有国际化留学背景加分；优秀的沟通能力，能清晰地描述愿景、计划和问题，并与其他团队协调，共同深入解决； 3、分析和数据驱动，知道如何使用数据来发现问题，发现机会，并推动产品的持续改进； 4、表现出在创业环境中运作的能力，能够应对快速变化和不完美的现状； 5、具有全球视野和热情，对社区/内容类产品有兴趣和热忱，持续关注全球产品。
