1、参与设计素材的自动化生产工具的探索与搭建，并协助日常的优化和维护； 2、参与高质量的数据生产与审美打标，转化成优质的训练素材； 3、关注看播和开播双端的用户体验，结合直播间的营收和开播率等直接反馈，快速验证并迭代设计方案。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计工程、建筑设计、人机交互设计、数字媒体设计等相关专业优先； 2、有能力通过Vibe Coding的方式端到端的还原高保真的原型； 3、对数据与商业结果敏感，期待通过真实的业务指标（营收、开播率）验证设计，具备良好的同理心和团队协作能力。

加分项 1、有Agent的编排经验，能通过多Agent相互配合来解决复杂问题； 2、有生成式模型的实操经验，能熟练使用当下流行的生成平台如Midjourney，即梦，可灵等等； 3、有模型相关的实操经验，包括数据集的准备、LoRA的训练等； 4、有传统互联网产品设计实习经验，能协助处理活动交互等常规需求。
