1、深度参与AI在直播场景的落地，与产品、数据分析、设计、研发团队紧密合作； 2、通过AI相关技术，负责AI礼物、AI互动玩法等营收玩法设计及落地，并结合大模型对生成效果评测，提升交付结果质量； 3、通过数据分析的能力，洞察各国当地情况和不同层级付费用户的付费动机，进行持续迭代； 4、产出高质量的需求并推动方案落地，协调各方资源，推动其他相关部门紧密合作，促进直播业务和其他业务的协同发展。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播、心理学、电影等相关专业优先； 2、内容敏感度高，具备内容审美，熟悉国内外主流直播产品，或有内容相关经验优先，有创新的动力与激情； 3、对AI有热情，对海内外的AI产品有了解和使用，了解基础的大模型训练原理； 4、具备敏锐的需求洞察力、强烈的自驱力、有责任感，喜欢挑战和追求极致； 5、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力，有AI产品相关经验优先； 6、一周可出勤4天及以上，持续实习3-6个月优先。
