1、负责TikTok内AIGC产品设计，通过快速迭代与实验验证，打造符合AI交互逻辑的愉悦用户体验； 2、深入挖掘AIGC工具/内容场景下的用户需求，进行用户研究和分析，以概念化和构建符合业务目标的产品，同时确保无缝、直观的AI产品体验； 3、负责AI互动内容的全链路管理，通过搭建内容社区、活动与激励方案、方法论赋能等方式，提升AI互动的供给与消费； 4、紧密协同产品、算法等团队，推动AI互动的能力建设，参与到大模型的工程链路构建与模型迭代，优化AI互动产品的B/C端功能和用户体验，确保产品始终处于行业前沿； 5、建立AI互动的效果评测体系，根据数据反馈持续迭代功能与算法，输出产品需求并跟进落地。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，设计、建筑、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、优秀的沟通能力，能清晰地描述愿景、计划和问题，并与其他团队协调，共同深入解决； 3、分析和数据驱动，知道如何使用数据来发现问题，发现机会，并推动产品的持续改进； 4、表现出在创业环境中运作的能力，能够应对快速变化和动态变化的环境； 5、具有全球视野和热情，对社区/内容类产品有兴趣和热忱，持续关注全球互联网产品。
