日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与AI大模型相关的内容安全数据标注、质量管控，根据业务需求，设计数据校验的实验方案，维护模型训练数据的精准性； 2、对质检过程中的质量数据进行多维度分析和归因，以及数据集构建全流程管理，能识别异常问题并反馈优化建议； 3、有良好的团队合作能力，能配合团队推进内容安全项目的进度、质量跟进，协助跨部门的协作落地。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言，适应跨文化沟通； 3、对大模型、内容安全或社区生态有兴趣，细心负责，善于沟通协作； 4、以下三项能力至少具备两项： 1）项目运营：能拆解任务、跟进进度、协调资源并推动落地； 2）AI应用：能理解业务问题，利用AI能力设计、验证和优化解决方案； 3）数据分析：具备统计基础，能使用SQL、Excel、BI工具或Python完成数据分析。
