日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、定义AI Agent的核心工作流和交互模式，将AI能力融入创作者的日常使用体验； 2、结合平台内容趋势和用户需求，发现AI创作的新机会点，用AI工具快速制作原型并推动验证； 3、搭建AI创作效果的评估体系，从用户反馈和数据中定位问题，推动产品持续优化； 4、与设计、算法、研发紧密配合，推动想法从原型走向真实产品上线。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、AI动手能力强，用AI做过实际项目或创意作品（课程项目、个人作品、Demo都可以）； 3、具备良好的逻辑思维，能拆解复杂问题、用数据验证想法，表达简洁有力； 4、能在上海线下实习，实习期6个月起，每周4天到岗。
