日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、学习大模型方向数据标注的规则和标准，协助标注项目的运营与管理； 2、熟练使用标注工具，及时监控项目进度，识别并跟进项目风险，保障项目顺利交付； 3、按计划完成数据质量检查，做好任务的自我管理及分配，保证效率和质量； 4、定期总结项目质量问题，开展问题分析并提供反馈，推动相关问题解决； 5、结合项目需求开展多语种及跨文化调研，为项目决策和运营优化提供支持； 6、协助AI Agent搭建、AI Skill编写及优化，使用AI辅助编程（Vibe Coding）等方式探索运营提效方案并推动落地，以英语作为工作语言与国际同事协作推进项目，做好信息同步、需求对齐和跨文化沟通。

1、本科及以上学历在读，应用语言学、翻译、小语种、商业分析等相关专业优先； 2、具备优秀的英语听说读写能力，能够将英语作为工作语言；具备较强的跨文化沟通能力，能够与国际化同事清晰、高效地协作； 3、每周保证实习至少4个工作日，能够连续实习3个月及以上；可接受跨时差工作者优先； 4、具备较强的学习能力和逻辑思维，能够快速理解新业务、新规则和新工具，并具备多项目并行处理能力及适应需求动态调整的工作环境；对AI Agent、AI Skill及AI辅助编程等方向有兴趣；有AI Skill搭建或使用经验者优先； 5、具备良好的数据分析能力及相关经验，能够使用数据定位问题、形成判断并支持项目推进； 6、具备较强的沟通协调能力、责任感，能够合理判断优先级并推动任务按计划完成。
