1、参与AI相关应用产品的问题拆解、功能设计和落地全流程； 2、与业务团队协作，结合AI产品的核心逻辑、大模型能力边界，提供解决方案、设计AI Agent链路； 3、与工程、算法团队协作，跟进产品功能及策略的落地及交付； 4、参与评测集构建及Agent评测任务，基于离线及线上结果分析数据和案例情况，提出改进策略； 5、探索从海量数据中挖掘背后价值的策略及其自动化方法，并拆解达成路径。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、统计学等相关专业优先； 2、有AI产品相关实习经验加分，对AI产品应用有好奇心； 3、善于通过数据发现问题、分析问题并提出初步解决方案，能快速理解AI技术与业务的结合点； 4、具有协作精神，擅长在关注细节的同时，专注于整体目标； 5、英语可作为工作语言。
