1、负责视觉内容生产Agent的整体架构设计与持续迭代，涵盖Agent编排、Harness设计、多模型调用策略制定及模型交互链路搭建，串联需求理解、创意生成、模型调用及素材编辑，推动业务落地； 2、参与定义模型能力边界与用户体验，推动AI内容生产链路的标准化与规模化落地； 3、梳理激励活动等视觉素材生产流程，识别自动化机会和痛点，沉淀可复用的工作流与Agent能力； 4、测试并应用主流LLM、图像及视频模型，优化模型选型、Harness与调用策略，提升生成质量与生产效率； 5、结合国际化增长与营销需求，完成AI创意构思与视觉表达，把控内容审美、风格一致性及最终交付质量，并沉淀成AI内容资产。

1、具备Agent搭建经验，掌握任务拆解、Harness设计、工具调用与流程调试，理解基本的API与数据流转逻辑； 2、熟悉视觉内容制作流程，能将业务需求拆解为可执行任务，明确输入输出、验收标准及人工确认节点； 3、熟悉主流大语言模型及图像、视频生成模型的能力与局限，能够进行模型选型、效果评估与问题排查； 4、具备扎实的视觉设计功底、良好的审美与创意表达能力，能够独立完成AI内容创作与交付； 5、具备主动探索、问题解决与跨团队协作能力，能够协同产品、算法及工程团队推动方案落地；需提供体现Agent搭建、业务流程优化及AI创意表达能力的实际项目案例。
