1、参与TikTok生活服务C端/B端/运营平台等业务系统研发，负责从前端页面、服务端接口、数据链路到上线验证的端到端全栈交付； 2、负责高质量前端与全栈工程建设，包括React、TypeScript组件开发、接口设计、数据模型抽象、性能优化、稳定性治理和用户体验优化； 3、基于Claude Code、Codex、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI Coding工具，建设需求理解、方案生成、代码实现、测试验证、Code Review和线上排障的AI辅助研发流程； 4、构建面向业务场景的Agent Workflow、MCP工具、Skills，例如文档读取、日志查询、告警排查、自动化测试、数据分析、报告生成等，提升研发与业务运营效率； 5、参与AI交付质量体系建设，包括工程知识库、业务SOP、评测集、自动化测试、回归门禁、结果校验和上线风险控制，推动AI工程化能力在真实业务中落地。

1、本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、信息系统等相关专业优先； 2、具备扎实前端工程能力，熟悉JavaScript/TypeScript/HTML/CSS，熟悉React/Vue等至少一种主流前端框架及现代前端工程体系； 3、具备实际全栈开发经验，理解HTTP、RESTful API、数据库、缓存、消息队列、服务治理等基础概念，熟悉Node.js/Python/Go/Java任一后端技术栈； 4、有AI Agent或LLM应用实践经验，熟悉AI Coding、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Embedding、Tool Calling、MCP、结构化输出、AI评测等任一方向； 5、具备良好的业务抽象、系统设计、工程质量和主人翁意识，能够在复杂业务中主动构造上下文、拆解问题并推动端到端闭环。

加分项： 1、有完整全栈项目经验，能独立完成从页面、接口、数据到部署验证的端到端交付； 2、有AI Agent/RAG/MCP/LangGraph/LangChain/Vercel AI SDK等AI应用实践经验； 3、有业务知识库、研发知识库、自动化排障、自动化测试、AI Code Review、智能报告生成等项目经验； 4、有复杂业务系统经验，熟悉国际化、微前端/微服务架构、数据可视化、低代码搭建、治理审核类系统； 5、有开源项目、技术文章、团队技术分享或AI工程化工具建设经验。
