日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与TikTok业务产品研发，深度参与产品需求讨论，C端和To B端的功能构建等； 2、参与设计基于前端和全栈的解决方案，代码开发、组件抽象以及系统调优等； 3、参与系统工程效率和性能优化，提升研发效率以及用户体验； 4、调研和学习前端新技术，进行技术分享并在项目内落地，参与部门前端和全栈技术建设。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的计算机和Web开发基础，有JavaScript/TypeScript及React等前端开发经验；了解Node.js、Go、Python、Java等至少一种服务端技术，有全栈项目实践者优先； 3、对AI Coding工具有较强的使用兴趣和意愿，乐于探索AI在编码、测试和问题排查等研发环节中的应用； 4、具备良好的编程习惯和代码管理意识，了解基本的软件设计原则，能够在指导下完成业务开发，并主动排查和解决问题； 5、认可AI辅助研发方式，愿意长期向全栈方向发展，具备较强的学习和适应能力；主动负责，具备良好的沟通与团队协作能力。
