日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、AI能力平台化支持：协助搭建标准化的AI能力接入与管理机制，支持LLM、多模态模型等与内容质量管控系统的无缝集成，推动内容质量管控流程自动化与人机协同效率提升； 2、产品设计与迭代：参与审核工作台、WFM平台、知识库等核心模块的产品规划与迭代，在资深PM指导下完成PRD撰写、交互方案设计及功能需求梳理； 3、AI知识工程：运用LLM/RAG等技术，协助构建智能知识生产与检索能力，参与搭建“生产→评估→修正”的知识迭代闭环，为全球审核团队提供知识支撑； 4、数据分析与洞察：协助搭建并监控各模块核心指标（AI采纳率、自动化覆盖率、人均效率、准确率等），使用SQL进行数据分析，为产品与运营决策提供数据支持； 5、跨团队协作：与算法、工程、运营及全球安全团队进行日常沟通协作，确保项目顺利推进与交付。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、对LLM、RAG、多模态模型等AI技术有基本了解，对AI产品方向有浓厚兴趣； 3、熟练使用SQL进行数据查询与分析； 4、逻辑清晰，文档能力强，能产出结构化的产品文档； 5、英语口语流利，能够使用英语进行日常会议沟通、方案讲解及跨国团队协作； 6、可以长期稳定实习者优先，六个月及以上的出勤周期。

加分项： 1、有AI产品、内容安全或To B平台类产品的实习经验； 2、了解LLM/RAG/Agent产品设计理念，有相关学术或项目实践经验； 3、有内容审核、标注平台、WFM或知识管理系统相关经验； 4、对NLP、向量检索、Embedding等技术有一定了解； 5、自驱力强，能够独立推进工作。
