日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、熟练调用多模态AI工具（文本、图像、语音、视频、模型），完成英文AI短剧制作测试，包括分镜拆解、镜头生成、配音配乐、字幕处理及画面剪辑整合等； 2、具备Prompt优化能力，能根据剧情表达、画面效果、镜头质量等持续优化提示词，提升素材生成成功率与成片质量； 3、参与AI短剧制作流程优化，协助沉淀提示词、制作规范、操作流程及可复用模板，提升整体制作效率； 4、协助供应商及承制团队对接，包括需求同步、制作反馈、进度跟进和交付资料整理； 5、负责国际化短剧账号的内容上传、发布、素材归档及基础维护。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视、传媒、广告、英语、新媒体、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、对AI内容创作有浓厚兴趣，学习能力较强，掌握各类AI视频生成模型、视频制作工具，有Prompt编写与优化意识，逻辑清晰； 3、具备基础视频制作能力，能够使用剪辑工具完成简单的素材处理与画面整合； 4、了解英文短剧内容，具备良好的英语读写能力，英语可作为工作语言； 5、工作细心、责任心强，具备良好的沟通能力、执行力及团队协作意识； 6、每周到岗至少4天，可稳定实习3个月以上。

加分项： 1、具备较强的制作思维和AI思维，能够搭建Skill/Agent等自动化能力； 2、使用过Codex、Cursor、Claude等AI工具者优先； 3、有英文短剧、国际化内容运营、影视制作或账号运营经验优先。
