1、负责TikTok的安全治理方向，对治理结果与风险收敛结果负责； 2、搭建风险发现与问题闭环机制，通过数据监控、用户反馈、人工复核等方式识别风险，推动全流程治理落地； 3、搭建风险评估指标体系，基于数据持续优化治理策略，对违规率、风险曝光率等核心指标负责； 4、推进治理策略产品化与平台能力建设，将治理经验沉淀为规则引擎、治理工具等平台化能力； 5、主导复杂跨团队项目，协同业务、算法、数据团队推进治理落地，平衡安全管控与业务体验。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业优先； 2、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力； 3、具备逻辑分析与策略推演能力，对待数据与文档严谨细致，能主动跟进项目细节； 4、熟悉大模型原理，具备优秀的Prompt Engineering调优经验，能通过调整策略解决复杂生成问题优先。
