日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、创作者模板定义（Effect House）：聚焦Effect House工具生态，针对全球创作者开发低门槛、高品质的互动游戏及音视频特效模板； 2、AI驱动的逻辑构建：熟练运用Claude、Codex等AI工具辅助搭建游戏化交互逻辑，快速将创意想法转化为可落地的互动Demo； 3、极致视觉与多风格探索：保持较高视觉审美，深入钻研设计细节与创意表达，能够自如切换视觉风格，输出包容性强的UI与视觉资产； 4、高潜AI项目跟进：保持对生成式AI技术的敏锐追踪，在导师（Mentor）带领下，快速学习并参与团队内前沿AI探索性项目。

1、本科及以上学历在读，交互设计、视觉传达设计、数字媒体艺术、人机交互（HCI）或相关设计专业； 2、视觉审美与细节把控能力：具备视觉设计基本功，对色彩、排版、数字图形及UI细节有较高要求； 3、创意逻辑与AI探索：对“设计背后的逻辑”有清晰的思考，能够熟练使用Claude、Codex等大模型工具进行交互逻辑梳理； 4、敏捷学习力：具备自驱力与适应力，能迅速跟进并消化全新的AI设计工具与多变的项目类型。

加分项： 1、双语沟通：具备优秀的中英双语（中文和英语）沟通能力，能够流畅地与跨国产品、技术和运营团队对齐思路； 2、重度特效/游戏玩家：热爱创意探索，喜欢玩游戏、拍摄滤镜特效、剪辑Vlog，对短视频平台的流行趋势极度敏感； 3、设计多样性：拥有独立且完整的多风格创意设计项目作品集（有成功上架或有实际用户体验过的项目优先）。
