1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，统计学、数学、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、熟练掌握SQL，具备数据可视化能力；具备优秀的量化分析能力和数据敏感度，能熟练处理复杂数据，在环境中支持业务决策； 3、出色的跨部门协作与项目管理能力，具备推动复杂项目落地经验； 4、逻辑严谨，注重细节，对数据质量有高标准要求；具备优秀的报告呈现与沟通能力，能向不同背景的受众清晰阐述分析结论与业务建议； 5、英语可以作为工作语言。
