1、负责TikTok生活服务达人产品的规划与迭代，深入理解达人、商家及机构等不同角色的需求，设计产品解决方案，促进优质内容生产，助力业务增长； 2、探索面向达人、商家及机构角色的AI产品能力，包括AIGC、达人推荐、合作意向识别、合作方案建议、合作复盘等方向，提升撮合链路的自动化和智能化水平； 3、结合用户反馈和数据分析发现问题，梳理产品优化方向，完成产品方案、原型及需求文档，并协同运营、研发、设计、数据分析、测试等团队推动方案落地。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限； 2、对产品和生活服务行业有热情，好奇达人如何用内容帮商家做生意，乐于持续探索新的产品解法； 3、逻辑清晰，有用户视角和问题拆解能力，能站在不同角色的立场去思考和设计方案； 4、沟通协作顺畅，自驱力强，认真负责，遇到问题愿意主动推动解决，能用英文沟通者优先； 5、有一定数据分析能力；有产品设计、项目、校园实践或AI工具使用经验者优先。
