1、面对TikTok全球场景，负责反作弊处置能力相关的需求分析、产品规划、产品设计，以及项目管理； 2、利用内外部产品与智能化技术能力，实现处置准确性优化，提升风险账号审核能力和处置效果，为治理质量、用户体验等指标负责； 3、能够独立进行数据分析，设计科学合理的指标衡量处置有效性、评估治理效果和业务影响； 4、了解公司相关业务及战略，并能协同各业务方的需求，良好的平衡内部需求及线上效果； 5、有大模型应用相关的业务经验，能够独立搭建Agent/智能工作流； 6、对安全或风控各类风险的运作模式和违规、作弊手段有分析经验与业务理解。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机/信息安全/统计学/数学及相关专业优先； 2、有技术背景优先，有风控、反作弊、反欺诈、策略及相关领域实习或项目经验优先，具有较强的数据分析能力和逻辑判断能力，目标导向； 3、对AI行业有好奇心，熟练使用AI工具，能主动追踪前沿技术动态、大模型产品动态；有AI产品经验，具备LLM/VLM/多模态训练数据生产、评估经验； 4、拥有强烈的责任心和团队合作精神，出色的学习能力； 5、具备强烈的好奇心和自我驱动力，喜欢接受挑战。
