1、架构层研究：跟踪和分析全球AI数据中心、AI芯片及相关基础设施的技术发展趋势和产业格局，为公司技术战略提供底层洞察； 2、模型层追踪：持续追踪前沿AI模型（包括但不限于大语言模型、多模态模型等）的演进，深度剖析其技术架构、能力边界和潜在影响，形成专业研究报告； 3、应用层探索：探索AI技术在企业内部的创新应用场景，参与设计和规划AI转型工具，提升组织效率与智能化水平； 4、战略支持：综合运用桌面研究、数据分析和专家访谈等方法，支持AI技术相关的战略专题，产出兼具技术深度和商业价值的分析结论。

1、本科及以上学历在读，计算机科学、人工智能、工程、商科等相关专业优先； 2、具备技术+商业的复合跨学科背景者优先；具备逻辑分析能力、商业敏感度和深度研究能力，求知欲强，能快速学习并理解复杂的技术和商业概念，了解主流大模型的技术原理、能力边界、应用场景，能够使用英语作为工作语言； 3、掌握Python进行开发和数据分析建模，善于并高频使用各类AI工具（如Cursor,Copilot等）进行高效研究、数据分析优先； 4、工作态度严谨细致、积极主动，有高度的责任感和出色的沟通能力； 5、实习期至少3个月，6个月以上优先，每周至少可到岗4天。
