1、深度参与AI在直播场景的落地，与产品、数据分析、设计、研发团队紧密合作，通过AI分析、剪辑等能力促进主播发布更多的直播相关的短视频，提升直播整体大盘指标； 2、结合用户需求调研进行跨团队协同，协调产品运营、算法、研发等资源落地产品功能； 3、设计科学的AI识别效果评估体系和方法，完成不同模型和策略的效果验证，持续迭代优化识别能力。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，新闻传播、心理学、电影等相关专业优先； 2、内容敏感度高，具备内容审美，熟悉国内外主流直播产品，或有内容创作者经验优先，有创新的动力与激情； 3、对AI有热情，对海内外的AI产品有了解和使用，了解基础的大模型训练原理； 4、具备敏锐的需求洞察力、强烈的自驱力、有责任感，喜欢挑战和追求极致； 5、具有良好的英语听写能力和沟通能力，有AI产品相关经验优先。 6、一周可出勤4天及以上，持续实习3-6个月优先。
