1、参与iOS客户端功能的设计、开发、迭代与交付，覆盖短视频业务、用户体验及相关技术能力建设； 2、参与客户端工程架构演进，包括模块化、组件化、构建工具、研发流程及开发效率优化等工作； 3、参与AI能力在客户端的接入、工程化落地与体验优化，关注性能、稳定性、兼容性及用户体验； 4、在导师指导下参与关键技术问题的分析与攻坚，跟踪行业技术趋势，探索可落地的技术创新方案； 5、与产品、服务端及测试等团队协作，推动高质量、高效率的业务交付。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机科学与技术、软件工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础，理解数据结构、算法、操作系统、计算机网络及软件工程相关知识； 3、熟悉至少一门编程语言，如Swift、Objective-C、Java、Kotlin、C/C++等；有移动端开发基础者优先； 4、对客户端开发、AI应用及新兴技术保持好奇心，具备较强的学习能力、问题分析能力和实践能力； 5、具备良好的代码质量意识，逻辑清晰，养成规范的编码、调试与协作习惯； 6、具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作意识，能够主动推进问题解决。

加分项： 1、有iOS、Android或跨端项目开发经验，具备完整项目或开源项目经历； 2、了解端侧AI、模型推理、智能体应用或AI产品工程化实践； 3、对客户端性能优化、工程效率、架构设计或用户体验有深入兴趣和实践积累。
