1、参与AI小游戏、超休闲小游戏、轻度休闲游戏的创意策划、玩法设计、美术内容生产及Demo制作； 2、结合AI工具完成游戏创意发散、玩法原型设计、剧情内容生成、关卡设计、角色/场景/道具/图标等美术素材制作； 3、关注国际小游戏市场，参与美国、东南亚等地区用户偏好、玩法趋势和产品案例研究； 4、沉淀AI工具在小游戏研发流程中的使用方法，包括策划、美术、内容生成、原型制作等环节。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限，游戏设计、数字媒体、美术设计、动画、计算机、交互设计等相关方向优先； 2、有游戏厂商实习或项目经历，参与过小游戏、超休闲游戏、独立游戏、互动内容项目者优先； 3、理解轻度游戏玩法设计，对三消、模拟经营、剧情选择、解谜、养成等至少一种类型有实际制作经验； 4、熟悉AI工具，能够使用AI辅助游戏策划、美术创作、剧情生成、关卡设计或Demo制作；有AI小游戏项目经验者优先； 5、具备较强的独立工作能力和执行力，能够在明确目标下独立推进任务落地； 6、对国际用户和国际小游戏市场有兴趣，了解美国或东南亚用户偏好者优先。
