日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、参与国际化直播业务AI经纪人的产品建设，围绕主播播前准备、播中辅助、播后复盘进行AI能力建设与产品方案设计，帮助主播提升直播经营能力与专业水平； 2、深度体验和观察直播内容，分析主播表现、互动方式、直播节奏及经营结果，识别影响直播效果的关键因素； 3、负责AI经纪人的评估数据标注与分析，参与产品效果评测，分析AI建议是否准确、具体、可执行，并推动问题定位与持续优化，对数据关联的用户体验敏感，从数据中发现问题并探索解决方案； 4、协助将“优秀直播表现”转化为清晰、可执行的数据标签、评估维度和判断标准，持续优化标注规范与质量验收机制，并搭建高效低成本的自动化评估流程； 5、结合数据分析和案例研究，发现主播经营中的共性问题与提升机会，为AI经纪人的产品能力、提示策略和评估体系提供依据； 6、与产品、算法、运营等团队协作，跟进数据生产、产品验证及策略迭代。

1、本科及以上学历在读，教育学、计算机、统计学等专业优先； 2、英语流利，每周可出勤4天； 3、熟悉大语言模型常见的评测方法，对数据敏感能够将主观的内容感受拆解为明确、可衡量的评估标准；能够从直播案例和数据变化中发现异常、规律及潜在问题； 4、熟悉直播生态，有较丰富的直播观看或参与经验，理解主播、观众及平台之间的互动关系； 5、具备基础数据分析能力，熟练使用Excel等工具，能够完成数据清洗、统计和基础分析； 6、有1-2款AI产品的深度使用习惯，能够从用户视角理解AI产品的设计思路并有自己对用户体验的见解。

加分项 1、有直播、短视频、内容平台、MCN、主播运营或直播电商相关实习经验； 2、自己做过主播、直播运营，或长期关注某一类直播内容及主播成长； 3、具备英语外的外语能力，熟悉国际直播平台、内容生态及不同地区的用户文化； 4、使用过SQL、Python、数据可视化工具，或有用户研究、数据分析、模型评测经验。
