日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、创意与内容策划： 1）参与国际化短剧赛道的项目脑暴，提供题材、人设、钩子、反转等创意方向，协助搭建项目世界观与故事线； 2）负责AI生成剧本的逻辑质检与优化，基于短剧节奏、爽点设计、人物动机等维度，对SOP产出的剧本进行合理性校验与微调，确保内容适配平台用户偏好； 2、成片审核与反馈： 1）负责AI短剧成片的基础审核工作，包括画面质量、口型匹配、节奏流畅度、剧情还原度等维度的校验； 2）撰写清晰、可执行的修改反馈意见，对接供应商跟进成片优化，提升过审效率与成片质量； 3、项目支持与沉淀： 1）整理国际化短剧行业爆款案例，分析高数据内容的节奏、钩子、题材共性，沉淀可复用的创意库与质检标准； 2）协助完成短剧项目的基础制片流程，包括排期跟进、素材整理、数据基础复盘等工作，保障项目高效推进。

1、本科及以上学历在读，影视编导、中文、新闻、广告等相关专业优先； 2、熟悉短剧、网文、爽文逻辑，对逆袭、复仇、豪门、甜宠等热门题材有敏感度，能快速判断故事钩子、节奏与爽点的合理性； 3、有基础的剧本逻辑能力，能独立校验AI生成内容的剧情漏洞、人物动机与节奏问题，具备基本的修改优化意识； 4、具备良好的审美与细节把控力，能清晰、有条理地撰写成片审核反馈意见，推动供应商高效修改； 5、网感较好，熟悉国际化短视频和短剧用户偏好，能快速理解爆款逻辑并转化为创意方向；做事认真细致，责任心强，能接受多轮内容修改与迭代；沟通顺畅，有团队协作意识，能快速理解反馈并落地执行；实习周期不少于4-6个月，每周可出勤5天，能保证稳定的实习时长，可长期实习优先； 6、投递简历时，建议附1-2份相关作品（如创意策划、剧本片段、审核反馈案例等），帮助我们更全面了解你的能力。

加分项 1、有短剧、短视频脚本、网文创作或审核相关经验者优先； 2、了解AI图片/视频制作工具/流程，有基础技术能力或制片经验者优先； 3、熟悉国际化短剧平台生态，对国际化文化与用户偏好有了解者优先。
