日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。

1、基于产品与业务规划，负责日常业务需求沟通，完成需求收集与分析； 2、基于标准模板产出PRD，推动需求完成开发上线，参与包括需求评审、验收、推广全流程； 3、利用AI能力完成产品功能点的落地探索； 4、收集和整理来自不同数据源的数据，并利用数据可视化工具生成报表，进行数据处理和分析，为业务提供洞察信息； 5、负责响应平台用户日常咨询，平台数据资产/产品知识集合等文档的维护。

1、本科及以上学历在读； 2、英语可作为工作语言（CET-6及以上），有国际化工作、生活经验为佳； 3、相关硬技能要求： 1）具备Prompt Engineering、Workflow搭建、Vibe Coding经验，优先； 2）熟练使用SQL或者Excel，具备数据分析和解读能力，能够独立并科学地处理业务数据，优先； 3）具备PRD或者需求文档撰写经验，有产品或者产品运营经验，优先； 4、工作细致，有较高的责任心和执行能力，具备较强的学习能力、理解能力，有良好的沟通能力和团队协作能力； 5、每周能工作5天，且至少能工作6个月，优先考虑能工作更长时间的候选人。
