日常实习：面向全体在校生，为符合岗位要求的同学提供为期3个月及以上的项目实践机会。 团队介绍：TikTok是一个覆盖150个国家和地区的国际短视频平台，我们希望通过TikTok发现真实、有趣的瞬间，让生活更美好。TikTok在全球各地设有办公室，全球总部位于洛杉矶和新加坡，办公地点还包括纽约、伦敦、都柏林、巴黎、柏林、迪拜、雅加达、首尔和东京等多个城市。

1、负责TikTok直播治理相关业务的大模型策略运营工作，深入挖掘业务场景，结合大模型完成解决方案的设计，并协同其他部门推动方案落地； 2、配合业务团队进行模型迭代，效果评估，数据清洗，测试集优化等工作，与产品技术合作推进模型优化； 3、基于数据和案例分析，通过Prompt迭代及优化，提高模型对相应业务场景的理解能力并进行效果回收。

1、本科及以上学历在读，专业不限； 2、对前沿大模型技术敏感，了解模型基本原理，熟练掌握提示编写，有基础迭代思路； 3、善于用大模型解决问题，熟练使用GPT、Gemini等大模型； 4、有较好数据分析能力和逻辑总结能力，善于系统性解决问题； 5、良好的英文读写能力，英语可作为工作语言。
