1、利用AI工具快速搭建、定制或优化轻量级工具与工作流程，支持数据标注生产上下游业务场景，提升整体生产效率与协作效率； 2、深入业务流程，主动识别效率瓶颈与重复性人工操作，借助AI编程工具（如Cursor、Copilot等）设计并实现解决方案，尽可能独立完成从需求定义到工具交付的全流程； 3、通过业务与平台数据监控、用户反馈收集与分析，持续优化数据生产流程、内部工具及平台能力； 4、总结并沉淀AI工具在业务场景中的应用方法与最佳实践，推动相关能力在团队内部的推广与赋能。

1、本科及以上学历，熟悉模型训练相关的数据标注流程与实践； 2、具备Prompt Engineering能力，能够独立设计Prompt策略形成工作流，提高数据生产的质量和效率； 3、学习能力强，具备问题拆解与抽象能力以及快速原型能力； 4、英语可作为工作语言。
