1、参与AI互动玩法设计与落地：探索AI在直播间新型玩法、互动体验中的应用，与设计、产品及研发团队紧密合作；通过开发高级交互原型进行快速验证，将前沿的内容概念转化为可感知、可测试的实际体验； 2、设计与本地化工具链优化：关注内容设计与国际化本地化团队在AI工具链使用过程中的体验卡点，提出系统性的优化建议；致力于提升界面的交互确定性，通过工具或流程设计，降低工具问题； 3、工作流自动化与效能提升：深入设计与本地化工作流，利用AI协同开发能力或低代码/无代码工具，为团队量身定制提效工具（如多语言排版校验、多语种素材批量生成），搭建自动化的内容生产与分发工作流； 4、推动AI文案交付与原型落地闭环：深入多语言内容创作场景，利用AI技术实现全球化文案的高效生成、改写与语境适配；同时具备较强的端到端工程能力，负责从“文案智能生成”到“线上交互Demo交付”的全流程闭环（包含开发、部署与调试），确保大模型输出既符合当地文化内核，又能高质、快速地跨业务线协同应用到产品端。

1、2027届本科及以上学历在读，计算机、人工智能、数字媒体技术、设计交互等相关专业优先； 2、具有完整的产品开发周期经验，能够独立交付可运行的Demo；投递需附带作品集（包含个人Vibe coding实际开发成果、过往原型项目演示，并附带英文版本的产品/成果介绍）； 3、AI辅助开发（Vibe coding）专家：熟练使用Claude Code、Cursor、GitHub Copilot等AI辅助开发工具进行高效开发，或具备扎实的工程能力，善于用技术快速“缝合”各种解决方案； 4、敏锐的设计与本地化感知：对设计趋势、用户体验（UX）有敏锐的触觉，具备良好的内容审美；能够理解内容创意与跨文化本地化的痛点，善于将模糊的概念具象化为技术方案； 5、综合素养：具备敏锐的需求洞察力、强烈的自驱力与极客精神；具备良好的英语读写和沟通能力，喜爱并经常使用海外内容或AI产品； 6、出勤要求：一周可出勤5天，持续实习3-6个月优先。

加分项 1、有直播、泛娱乐、游戏互动、跨境出海或多语言产品落地经验者优先； 2、属于“超级个体”，有独立开发并上线过开源项目、Chrome插件、或独立App经验者优先； 3、熟悉主流AI API（OpenAI，Anthropic等），在Prompt工程中精通多语言上下文控制/翻译调优者优先。
