1、负责国际化AI短剧内容的创作与运营； 2、完善创意选题和剧本生产工作流，完成剧本构思、人设和世界观表达； 3、协同行业产能进行内容产出、质检和创编运营； 4、熟悉短剧经典题材和内容模式，同时深入研究其他故事类内容的行业新趋势，寻找内容泛化增长点；关注创作者侧的新趋势和痛点； 5、分析国际化短剧市场，敏锐洞察国际化用户需求和内容趋势，对剧本进行国际化本土化改编，整体提升剧集内容本土适应性。

1、本科及以上学历在读，文学、影视、传媒、数字媒体艺术、计算机等相关专业优先； 2、深度使用ChatGPT、Claude、Gemini等模型，包括精准编写Prompt、合理调整参数以及对输出结果进行二次优化编辑，具备AI文本生成项目经验； 3、了解英文影视剧、短剧、国际化网文内容形态，英语可作为工作语言； 4、熟悉内容生产工作流设计，有AIGC落地经验者加分； 5、具备良好的内容创作能力与审美素养。
