1、参与TikTok Shop供应链物流的业务研发，以及国际供应链能力建设，包含从前端页面、服务端接口、数据链路到上线验证的端到端全栈交付； 2、参与TikTok Shop前端与全栈工程建设，包括：数据模型抽象、性能优化、用户体验优化； 3、基于AI Coding工具，建设需求理解、方案生成、代码实现、测试验证、Code Review和线上排障的AI辅助研发流程，提升需求效率与质量，参与AI工程化能力在真实业务中落地； 4、基于供应链物流业务场景和Agent应用，参与设计AI业务落地场景，帮助业务提效、解决业务痛点。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、软件工程、人工智能、自动化、物流工程、电子信息等相关专业； 2、具备扎实的计算机基础和优秀的工程编码能力，熟悉至少一门主流编程语言或技术栈（TS/Go/Java/Android/iOS），能够在指导下完成模块的方案设计、开发实现、问题定位和性能优化； 3、具备较强的全栈工程能力，理解前后端之间的协作方式，能够围绕AI产品场景完成从交互体验、接口设计、服务实现到上线交付的闭环； 4、对Agent技术在研发场景有一定了解，在AI Coding、Skills、Prompt Engineering、RAG、Embedding、Tool Calling、MCP、结构化输出、AI评测等任一方向有实践经验； 5、具备良好的问题拆解能力、逻辑分析能力和快速学习能力，能够从一定复杂度的场景中抽象问题、设计方案，并完成交付。
