1、参与商家端AI产品的规划与建设，围绕商家、商品、营销等场景，深入理解不同类型商家的经营流程和痛点，将复杂业务问题转化为产品方案，持续降低商家的经营成本和操作门槛； 2、参与Seller Assistant、智能诊断、经营建议、任务规划与自动执行等AI应用设计，推动产品从“回答问题”走向“帮助商家完成经营任务”； 3、与算法、研发、设计及业务团队紧密协作，完成需求分析、方案设计、项目推进、上线验证和持续迭代； 4、建立产品效果与AI评测指标，关注回答是否准确、建议是否有效、任务是否完成，并持续通过数据和商家反馈优化体验； 5、持续关注AI产品和电商行业发展，将新技术转化为能够实际落地的商家产品。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，专业不限；计算机、人工智能、信息管理等相关专业优先； 2、具备良好的产品思维，能够从用户问题出发，完成场景分析、需求拆解、产品设计； 3、逻辑清晰，对数据敏感，能够通过事实、数据和用户反馈判断问题； 4、具备较强的学习能力、主动性和责任心，面对陌生业务和不确定问题，能积极推动项目进展； 5、对电商有兴趣，有相关实习经验者优先，英文沟通能力优秀者优先。
