1、负责国际电商AI研发相关工作，聚焦跨境电商全场景AI落地，下设AIGC、AI导购、AI Infra三大方向；依托亿级国际用户与海量多模态电商数据，落地大模型、多模态生成、智能Agent、模型训练推理工程化能力，实现内容提效、购物体验升级与业务增长，技术落地性强、业务场景真实； 2、如果加入AIGC业务研发，你将负责电商内容工业化智能闭环建设，覆盖商家内容创作、自动化生产、素材剧本策略、内容质量质检、数据分发运营全链路，通过算法与策略优化实现内容降本、提质、提效； 3、如果加入AI导购业务研发，你将面向国际用户打造沉浸式智能购物体验，基于大模型与多模态技术，建设电商导购智能体系，提升用户互动与转化效果； 4、如果加入AI Infra研发，你将负责全业务AI技术底座建设，支撑国际电商业务的训练、推理、服务部署与成本治理，打造高可用、低成本的生产级AI平台。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、CV、NLP、软件工程、分布式系统、应用数学等相关专业优先； 2、掌握数据结构、算法、深度学习/大模型基础，熟练掌握一门编程语言（Go/C++/Java/Python等）； 3、有模型训推、Agent架构、Agent应用等AI相关的应用开发经验优先； 4、积极乐观，责任心强，工作认真细致，具有良好的团队沟通与协作能力； 5、热爱编程，有较强的学习能力，有强烈的求知欲、好奇心和进取心，能及时关注和学习业界最新技术。
