1、负责国际电商企业级对话式AI助手的产品运营工作，梳理用户需求、制定评测规则、沉淀知识、优化体验并推动产品迭代； 2、联动产品和算法，搭建、落地AI能力评测体系，客观衡量并体现AI解决能力水平； 3、周期性进行用户满意度/NPS监控及分析，基于数据和用户反馈，推进AI产品持续优化； 4、识别商家在不同场景（如入驻、发品、经营、内容、FBT等）中的具体问题，深度协同产品、算法、工程等职能团队需求迭代，提升Agent的问题解决能力； 5、跟踪企业级AI、对话式助手、智能客服、电商商家工具等行业趋势，形成产品运营洞察，为产品规划和运营策略提供参考。

1、2027届获得本科及以上学历，数学、统计学、经济学、运筹学、计算机、营销相关专业优先； 2、对AI方向有浓厚兴趣，对AI Agent能力建设底层逻辑有一定的了解； 3、优秀的数据分析能力，能够以数据驱动进行产品需求发现、改进和完善； 4、具备较强的结构化思维及表达能力，能从复杂问题中拆解核心矛盾，讲清楚用户需求、业务目标与产品能力的关系； 5、熟练的英语能力，可以和跨国同事进行工作沟通与项目推进。
